Spotlight Series: Indigenous Recruiting

Meet Dana-Rae McLeod. She is Niitsitapi / Piikani in Treaty 7, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She is a recruiter with Raise, and our latest hire as part of our Indigenous Recruiter Training Program. From working as a successful Store Manager at Starbucks, to joining Raise as an aspiring recruiter, Dana-Rae has had a pivotal shift in her career.

What sparked the change? What was her journey like?
