Raise’s IT Skills Showcase

Get connected to a range of Software Engineering roles in the Greater Toronto Area

Details:

We’re on the lookout for the GTA’s best software engineers. Challenge yourself while connecting with some of Canada’s top financial institutions — organizations modernizing platforms, scaling cloud environments, improving security, and building next-generation digital experiences.

Traditional approaches to hiring—resumes, LinkedIn profiles, phone screens—don’t paint the full candidate picture. All they do is mimic what really matters: the skills people use every day to succeed in their work.

That’s why we’re shifting the paradigm and introducing something better:

with skills-based assessment from Raise, you complete a single, AI-proctored interview that shows hiring managers what you can really do.

Complete your assessment, and prove your skills once in focused, time-bound session where you stand out for what you can do, not what your resume says.

“These aren’t just coding sprints – they’re extended interviews that push you to build production-ready solutions under pressure. They also force you to explore technologies you might not have touched otherwise (looking at you, YOLOv8), which is exactly the kind of growth opportunity I love as an engineer. I highly recommend them to anyone who thrives on learning by doing.”
