Raise a Concern
Stewardship is core to who we are. Raise is committed to being a responsible business partner, employer, and community member — and that commitment starts with holding ourselves accountable when something isn’t right. If you have a concern about our conduct, practices, or our impact, we want to hear from you.
You can raise any concern, including:
- Ethical or governance concerns including corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, or breach
- Human rights, health and safety, and labor practices including fair treatment, discrimination, harassment, or working conditions affecting any worker
- Environmental or community impact including environmental harm or negative impacts on the communities in which we operate
- Privacy and data concerns including how personal information is collected, used, or shared
- Service or conduct concerns including how Raise staff, contractors, or partners have treated you
Note: if you’re following up on a job application, our recruiting team can help. You can reach them at hello@raiserecruiting.com.

Step 4 — Resolution and Response
You will be provided with a written summary of our findings, any actions taken, or we will explain why we are unable to share specific details where applicable.
Where any systemic issues are identified, steps will be taken to improve our practices and policies. Raise will explain why an issue was not accepted as a grievance, if applicable.
Step 5 — Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your grievance, you can request an escalation to a senior leader at Raise for independent review. Escalation requests should be submitted within 10 business days of receiving our resolution.
